Christmas Baking!

So I have been baking Christmas cookies and they have come out very pretty and delicious! :D I am very happy because it snowed while I was baking!! And I just loved that!! It makes such a nice environment!!



Ok.. so my photos aren't the greatest, I must admit, but the cookies really do look nice, and have a good flavor!! OH! And they smell really good!!



We have recently bought Becel instead of our usual butter, for we wanted to try something healthier [no trans fat], and for the most part it is good. But for today's and yesterday's cookies I used Becel, and let me tell you I CAN believe it's not butter!! The oil in the margarine was coming off from the dough and it wasn't coming together, it was breaking apart.. I mean it wasn't that bad.. I did manage to make the cookies, which looked good.. although not great, only some cracks in some. And the flavor was good! :D
I would just not recommend using Becel for cookies, for it makes it hard to make the dough come together! Although it is perfectly good to use on bread and such every day tasks :] Personally, I am going back to using my usual butter for cookies :p
