I am sooo excited! Today I made another poached egg :] And you know what?? It came out great! It looked exactly as it was supposed to! And the texture was amazing! The yolk was exactly as I wanted it to be! I was very satisfied with the result :]
I do believe you should try poaching an egg.. unless you have some kind of allergy to eggs, in which case you should stay away! >..<

And I like how the opening with the yolk looks like a heart ^o^ cutee!

I suggest you to put on some fresh cream and tartufo d'Alba, expansive....and special....simply great!!!
